Fitness check

Answer the following questions. Use this tool to build physical activity into your life.

An adequate level of fitness can be achieved with as little as 20 minutes of exercise 3 times a week. Based on this, what do you think about your own fitness level? Check one.

Take a look at the list of activities you have checked. If you were to increase your level of activity, which ones would interest you the most? Feel free to add some of your own.

If you determined that your fitness needs improvement, consider the activities that most appeal to you. Set yourself realistic goals, trying to engage in a variety of aerobic and non-aerobic activities. Keep a diary.
